Before Your First Dental Appointment

No matter what your needs (whether you’re looking for a full smile makeover, or you simply want to book in a checkup or a hygiene clean), before your first appointment we’ll not only talk you through everything you need to know, but also get to know your specific dental goals. We will then assign you to the correct dental team for your needs.

At Your First Dental Appointment

At your appointment you will be greeted by your personal treatment coordinator, who will be your first port of call, as well as look after you throughout your treatment and aftercare.

After your initial consultation with your treatment coordinator, you will be assigned to the most suited dental team to not only meet your wishes and desires, but exceed them.

Dentistry Planning and Payment Options

Before any treatment takes place, you will be given a tailor-made treatment plan which will outline a number of different options available to you, at various stages of your treatment. Your personal treatment coordinator will be able to discuss each option with you, helping you make the right choice for you. We also offer a range of payment options available, including our 0% payment plan, and a pay as you go monthly plan.

During Your Dental Treatment

We take care of you at each stage of your treatment with us. Your personal treatment coordinator is here to help make your dental journey as easy as possible for you. They are on hand to book your appointments as suitable times, send you regular reminders, and to ensure that you are always aware of the purpose of each appointment, and what to expect.

Tailored Dental Aftercare

We don’t just create your perfect smile, we also ensure that it will last with our tailored aftercare services. Once again, your personal treatment coordinator will be there for you long into your aftercare. They’ll provide you with expert tips and instructions, as well as a booking in your important review appointment.
