Sami Bissasu

Dr. Bissasu graduated in 2003 from Damascus University. He completed his MSc in Fixed Prosthodontics at Damascus University in 2008, followed by a PhD in 2015. He has practiced dentistry in the private sector for 2 years in the UK and for more than 10 years in Syria. Also, he has been a clinical lecturer in the UK Universities for 5 years teaching undergraduate and postgraduate students in Cosmetic and Restorative Dentistry.

As a dentist with a postgraduate qualification in Prosthodontics, his main interests are treating full-mouth rehabilitation cases, working in the aesthetic zone and minimally invasive dentistry; restoring with direct and indirect veneers, all-ceramic restoration and resin-bonded bridges; in addition to extensive experience in Removable Prosthodontics. Moreover, he is an Invisalign provider, so he gives his patients a variety of options to provide the highest level of care.

Dr. Bissasu has a good experience in restoring over implants; however, as he is finishing a PG Certificate in Dental Implantology (Tipton Training) he will be able to provide the full implant treatment.

As a dentist with many years in interactive teaching at a university, he approaches his cases with a comprehensive view to deliver a high-quality service to his patients.

Dr. Bissasu is family-oriented and enjoys spending time with his lovely family. He also enjoys running and long hikes.
